I've been having lots of fun this weekend with knots. I-cord, kumihimo, infinity. Here's the pictures of what I've been making. 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets. Paracord, leftover yarn (MarigoldJen's and malabrigo), and silky yarn that came with my kumihimo disc.
These are really beautiful! Could you clarify the size yarn that you used for the necklaces and the length of the strands that you began with? Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteSure! The first necklace used worsted weight yarn and I had leftovers from a shawl i made. Roughly 30 yards. The second necklace was a super bulky weight yarn--Malabrigo Rasta and I had about 10 yards left over from a cowl. Hope this helps. I also used the Clover I-cord knitter to save the time of actually doing the I-cord on two needles.
